Re: Perth's OLDEST bus routes
Dug this out of the coffin from the 1940s, which I believe is Pioneer's "part pre-cursor" to the 207 route through Nth Cott. It actually resembles more of the current 102!
It seems that United Bus though, had laid claims to the number 207 by at least 1953, so it's not entirely clear when the Nth Cott route became the 207

er...got one foot in the grave Jodak! It's handy! And so too is a good friend (one of several) who deem me worthy to share their wares with .
Hopefully (definitely) I can make them proud and, time permitting, I will fully credit said donors and friends i due time on a dedicated site!
Time - don't even know what that is at the moment.

cool find that. when did the 105 change by the way anyone? I was waiting to catch the 106 in South Perth , a couple of stops before canning bridge , heading towards freo. I thought it went from Perth to Booragoon , is it now something like a shortened 106 - only terminating at the c / bridge interchange?

Hi Wayfarer, I think the 105 was withdrawn about 2000 when it was replaced by the revised 160 along Reynolds Rd. I haven't seen you in the cave - where you been hiding!
The 105 origi-didged before I can exactly pin-point it, my earliest reference being 1962. I really dig the TT below from '72 however....but it's big so it's vertical and hopefully won't piss off the mods too much for its size - though I reckon it'd be better to be pissed off than to be pissed on so I'll chance it.
I think this is the last reference I have of the 105 from Jan 16 2000 (I'm not entirely sure of the exact date of withdrawal)
